Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each week and have many happy customers all around the world. We are located in and ship from Costa Mesa, California.
How long does shipping take?
- USA Orders: We will process your order within 1-2 days of your purchase. FREE USPS trackable delivery typically takes 2-4 days via The United States Postal Service. Please allow extra time for Covid-19 and Election related delays.
- International orders: Items will be processed within 1-2 days. Items will be delivered in 1-2 weeks via USPS. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur in addition to their purchase.
We DO NOT OFFER exchanges/cancelations while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you.
How much is the shipping cost?
- USA Orders - FREE USPS shipping this month on orders $10.00 - $500! Take advantage.
- International Orders - Orders less than $99 will be quoted USPS International rates, orders over $99 are FREE SHIPPING. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.
What is your Return policy?We apologize, but due to the nature of our products and Covid-19, we can not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately. We FIRMLY stand behind our products and want you to be happy. Babies grow quickly, if you can't decide between two sizes, it is always best to go a little larger - they will fit before you know it!
I didn't get all of my items?
- In order for you to receive your items as soon as possible sometimes we ship out items separately according to availability and package size. This is at no additional cost to you. You will receive tracking information for each package after it ships and during transit via USPS.
Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?
- If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at email@example.com asap.
- We will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes, however we try to ship promptly and orders are processed as soon as they are received.
Can I pay in my own currency?
- All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.
How secure is my personal information?
Baby Feet adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored. Baby Feet does not actually see or have access to your credit card information.
Package lost in Transit?
Baby Feet orders are delivered by USPS. Once they leave our facility they are in the hands of USPS. It does not happen often, but if USPS loses your package you will have to contact USPS and file a claim to replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you. This is not a common occurrence and we do pay extra USPS fees so that you are able to track your package in transit.
Can I combine discount codes for one order?
Discounts cannot be combined. One discount code will work at a time for one order. If you are using a automatic BOGO special, additional discounts can not be added.
I did not receive an order confirmation email but my card was charged?
There's some incidences that you order is not placed successfully due to billing error or banking system connection error. You may see a pending charge appear on your payment account. This is not done by us, this is done by your credit card processing company.
If you have placed the order successfully you WILL receive an order confirmation email from us. (Please double check the mailbox in case the email is forwarded to junk mail or make sure a correct email address is submitted).
If the order has not gone through the pending charge will not be posted to your account and will be cleared within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing time. In this case, you may resume your shopping cart to resubmit the order.
If the error is caused by browser please try to switch to a different browser or device to resubmit the order.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
